• Google Account (Optional): If you link your Google account, we receive your Google ID for authentication. We do NOT store your email or real name.

• Session ID: A random unique identifier to recognize your device
• Game Statistics: Wins, losses, ships sunk, accuracy, and Power Score
• Timestamps: When you created your account and last played
• Server Logs:Request data (standard web server logs)

1.3 Information Stored on Your Device

We use localStorage to store your session ID, nickname, and local game statistics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Game Functionality: Match you with opponents, track progress, display leaderboards
• Account Recovery: Google linking allows progress restoration on new devices
• Fair Play: Prevent cheating and abuse

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information.

• Public Leaderboards: Your nickname and Power Score are visible if you link your account
• Service Providers: Google (authentication)

Advertising: We may display ads using Google AdMob which may collect device identifiers for personalized advertising.

5. Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Retained while active
• Inactive Accounts: May be deleted after 90+ days of inactivity

• Access: View your data through the game interface
• Delete: Delete your account and all data via settings
• Unlink: Disconnect your Google account
• Opt-out: Play as a guest without linking

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), rate limiting, and no password storage (Google handles auth).

This game is not directed at children under 8.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By playing Submarines PVP, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

2. Description of Service

Submarines PVP is a free-to-play multiplayer naval combat game featuring:

• PvP online matches
• PvE matches against CPU
• Competitive ranking (Power Score)
• Global leaderboards
• Optional Google account linking

3. Account Rules

Guest Play: You can play as a guest. Guest progress is stored locally and cannot be recovered if lost.

Google Linking: Allows saving progress to servers and appearing on leaderboards.

Nicknames: Must not contain offensive language, impersonation, or personal info.

4. Rules of Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat: Use bots, exploits, or unfair methods
• Hack: Access or modify game servers/data
• Abuse: Harass or threaten other players
• Manipulate: Win-trading or rank manipulation

5. Game Rules

Matchmaking: Players are matched by Power Score brackets.

Forfeits: Repeated forfeits result in Power Score penalties.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content is owned by us. Don't copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend access for Terms violations, cheating, or abuse. You may delete your account anytime.

8. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for lost progress or downtime.
